There's no denying it, I'm about as finicky as one can get when it comes to food. My goal with this blog is to compile recipes from all over that will appeal to everyone, even the pickiest eaters in your house. With any luck, I'll be able to post a lot of healthy recipes as well!
What are my biggest issues with food? Probably the same as all the kids out there - VEGGIES! I don't mind seeing them in my food, I just don't want to taste them. Also, I can't stand pork, beans, or rice. Not only does this make a trip to Central America an adventure in weight loss, but it adds all kinds of challenges in cooking. Don't believe me? Go ahead and try to find recipes that aren't filled with one of those four things. Now, add to that the fact that we have our own picky two year old and my husband is a recovering vegetarian (he still doesn't eat beef or pork, but will eat fish, poultry, and wild game), and you can see the challenges that our family faces at mealtime.
